How to download course materials

Download course materials so that you can review them offline

Most of the course materials can be downloaded for offline viewing. Please note that you may only do so for your own personal use. You may not publish or share these materials with anyone who is not enrolled in the Health Coach Training Program.

Downloading a video:

Videos cannot be downloaded. However, you can download the transcript and audio files that accompany them (see below).

Downloading a handout or transcript:

Click the download button next to the handout or transcript. The document appears in a new tab; if you move the mouse to the upper right part of the document, there will be a down arrow, which symbolizes download. Click on that arrow and save the document as you like.

Downloading audio files to your computer:

Click the download button next to the audio file. The file will open in Dropbox, in a new tab. To the upper right you will see the down arrow that will symbolize download. Click on the arrow and select direct download, and save the file as you like.

Downloading audio files to your mobile phone:

The information for this is sourced from Dropbox Help Center article: How to export a file to another app on your phone or tablet

If you don’t already have it, download the Dropbox mobile app for easier exporting.

To export a file from the Dropbox mobile app:

  1. Launch the Dropbox app.
  2. Tap … (ellipsis) beside or under the file you’d like to export.
  3. Tap Export. A list of apps that can open the file will appear. Select the app you’d like to open the file.

Here is an Apple support video from YouTube on how to use the Files app for iPad.

Downloading Forest’s Meditations:

When you open the meditation in the browser you’ll see the "More" button (three dots) to the right.

Click on those three dots and it will open a download link.

Then you can save it wherever you like.
