Downloading audio files to your mobile phone:
The information for this is sourced from Dropbox Help Center article: How to export a file to another app on your phone or tablet
If you don’t already have it, download the Dropbox mobile app for easier exporting.
To export a file from the Dropbox mobile app:
- Launch the Dropbox app.
- Tap … (ellipsis) beside or under the file you’d like to export.
- Tap Export. A list of apps that can open the file will appear. Select the app you’d like to open the file.
Here is an Apple support video from YouTube on how to use the Files app for iPad.
Downloading Forest’s Meditations:
When you open the meditation in the browser you’ll see the "More" button (three dots) to the right.
Click on those three dots and it will open a download link.
Then you can save it wherever you like.
