Kresser Institute customer service hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. We are closed on federal holidays. We strive for a same-day response to all emails that arrive before 1 PM Eastern. The majority of requests will be responded to within 24 hours. Support is not available on weekends. However, we do try to accommodate urgent weekend requests related to accessing your course content. We troubleshoot technical issues and manage all customer service requests via email and do not take phone calls for assistance.
